Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada (center) receives a plaque of appreciation from the officers of Rotary Club of Legazpi, as he led the induction ceremonies of the new organization leadership recently. Sen. Estrada is joined by its incoming president Marylou Duka-Castillo, outgoing president Laurence Liu and District Governor Dennis Sunio.
