Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada delivers his speech during the 55th Foundation Anniversary and 40th Annual National Convention of the Philippine Association of Radiologic Technologists (PART) in Teachers Camp, Baguio City, as attended by more than a thousand delegates from all over the country. Sen. Estrada, in his speech, expressed deep concern on the uncertainty of the future of health care delivery and management considering the continuing exodus of health professionals. If this exodus is not stopped, the Philippine health care system is bound to collapse, Sen. Estrada says citing a survey by the Philippine Medical Association.
