Good Day Sir. I would like to avail your Scholarship Program intended to the poor but deserving. My father is a tricycle driver and my mother is a housekeeper wherein their income is not enough to sent me to school but I would like to be a Police Officer someday. I am a First Year Student at Pagadian Capitol College in Pagadian City taking Criminology.With your your help Sir, I believe I could achieve my dreams. Thank You very much and More Power Sir. Magandang araw po senator. Ako po si Ramiro Valin y Managaoang, Brgy Treasurer ng Brgy San Isidro, Lupao, Nueva Ecija, at kasalukuyan din pong Presidente ng aming samahan ng mga Brgy Treasurer's at Brgy Secretaries dito sa aming bayan ng Lupao. May regular po kaming pagpupulong sa tuwing ikalawang huwebes ng bawat buwan. At napagkasunduan po ng aming samahan na binubuo ng dalawampu't apat na tresorero at dalawampu't apat na mga sekretarya na kami po, kasama ng aming mga Brgy Chairman (Kapitan) ay humihiling ng mga gamit pang opisina katulad ng FILING CABINETS W/ VAULT, COMPUTERS W/ O/S & PRINTERS at CHECK WRITER. Experience ko po sa aming Brgy Hall na ipinatayo po ni dating 2nd District Congressman Simeon E. Garcia, (Brgy San Isidro) ay wala pong Filing Cabinet upang mapaglagyan ng mga importanteng mga papeles katulad ng mga tseke, vouchers, collections, accountable forms, cedula, mga resibo at iba pang mga papeles na may kinalaman sa pagpapatakbo ng Barangy. Kailangan din po sanang may built-in na Vault upang ang mga koleksyon ng Treasurer ay hindi inilalagay sa bag o bulsa at iniuuwi dahil nag aalalang baka ito ay mawala. Minsan po kung di man Cancelled ay burado po ng correction fluid ang mga nakasulat sa tseke. Ang bayan po namin ay isa pa lamang pong 3rd class municipality. Hindi po sapat ang tinatanggap na IRA ng aming barangay upang makabili ng mga ganitong mga gamit.Sana po mabigyan ninyo ang 24 barangay ng ganitong mga gamit pang opisina. Ipapadala po namin sa inyong opisina ang aming pirmadong resolusyon ukol sa kahilingang ito. Salamat po senator sa inyong agarang pagtugon sa mga pangangailangan ng 24 barangays ng bayan ng Lupao, Nueva Ecija. Mabuhay po kayo, Number po kayo sa amin. I would just like to inform the good senator that it is not only the PCSO which provided assistance to the Bishops. These bishops also requested funding support to other government agencies. One example is the Bishop from Tuguegarao. Are these people allowed to implement projects of the government? I remember some bishops filing a case to an agency only to find out that they were not given funding they requested that's why they began their campaign against the agency. In general, what I am trying to say is that they should not be exempted from the probe of the people just because they are the so called "servants of GOD".
