The Congress, which is composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives, is a law-making body. Hence, their contributions to the country’s economic growth are the legislative measures that address the various economic concerns of the country.
Of course, a good piece of legislation can only serve the country best if it is implemented properly. No matter how well-crafted and good the intent of the law is, its purpose and objective will not be achieved unless the executive department implements it judiciously.
