i have read to the news that one of your bill is for the improvement and wellness of raising cows, sheep and goats... and you believe that it reduces our import in milk and can prevent of entering of milk with melamine here...
and i have read to that melamine could produce from the mammals or the animals which produces milk itself,,, now how you can prove me that your bill could help so much...
sorry for offendments...

Your humble representation filed Senate Bill 153, entitled, “The Philippine Goat and Sheep Act” which seeks, among others, to “conserve, improve and develop the Philippine goat and sheep as sources of animal milk, meat and fiber”.
It is true that with different natural and man-made variants, there is a great possibility of having various hazards in the quality of meat and milk that will be produced in the Philippine Goat and Sheep Center. However, the bill proposes safeguard measures to address this.
Among the proposed priorities of the bill which are stipulated under Section 5, are the research and development efforts in various areas of breeding, technology, feeding systems that will ensure good quality goats and sheep stock at all times. Also provided under Section 7 of the proposed measure is the “Implementation and Coordination of the Program of the CLSU (Central Luzon State University)” which states that the program shall be implemented by the Philippine Goat and Sheep Center Board which is composed of authorities, experts and stakeholders in this field, that will ensure the quality of the products in the Center.
