Supreme Court TRO void from the beginningFebruary 11, 2012 @ 7:29pm
SP TRO Void because;

1- Separation of power;
2- The impeachment Court has the Sole and Exclusive power;
3- The decision of Supreme Court is Bias, considering that the Chief Justice himself is the accused;
4- Even if, it is the President who is being tried by the Impeachment Court, still the decision of the Supreme Court is without a cloud of suspicion, considering that the Chief justice is the presiding judge of the Impeachment Court;
5- The defense is questioning the legality of Subpoena issued by the Impeachment Court, as co-equal, the Supreme Court has no jurisdiction to question the action taken by the Impeachment Court;
6- The only redress available to the defense against the decision of the impeachment court is to seek an appeal with the Impeachment Court and not with the Supreme Court; and
7- The Supreme Court is not above the Law. It is only the interpreter of the Law. The Constitution mandated the Impeachment Court to try all impeachable officials.Let us FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION, LET THE IMPEACHMENT COURT DECIDES ALL MATTER/S THAT PERTAIN TO THE IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS AND NOT THE SUPREME COURT.

Thank You.
