I am a new and young school principal of Bacuit Elementary School here in Tarlac City. I am Rosauro Perez, principal I. My main concern sir is about our dilapidated classroom, my worries are anytime the ceilings and roofing of our buildings might collapse, and pupils will get hurt... Actually I have written some letters to authorities here, government offices to attend to our problem but until now since my first day as principal 2 years ago...
