I was tagged by Mr. Rodelio 'DON' Lanuza, a Filipino OFW currently on DEATHROW in a Dammam, Saudi jail.
Mr. Lanuza was convicted of murdering a Saudi national. His case maybe not new to you. He was in jail since 2000 and apparently, had spent TWO YEARS IN ISOLATION CELL.
Apparently, the result of Department of Foreign Affairs' efforts to help him was futile, there were allegations of mis-handling the funds intended for his cause. I do not know how true is that.
If you could possibly consider to look in the welfare of Mr. Lanuza, the last time he called me, it was an appeal that any person could not ignore. I am concerned as it's not easy to be in a Saudi jail.
Being in a jail (especially in Saudi) would cause anxiety, stress and depression, is there any counsellor from DFA who is helping him? I believe, he needs it, i'm not saying he's going mental, he needs it.
Most importantly, please follow-up his case, he's inside and doesn't know what is going on in his case. He seems desperate (who wouldn't be?)
I trust your office will join forces with other high ranking officials in the Philippines including the Diplomatic team to look after the welfare of Mr. Lanuza.

The Philippine Vice President Noli De Castro will fly to Kuwait to deliver President Arroyo's appeal letter to the Kuwaiti Ruler!!!
The Philippine Government has sought Bahrain, The Vatican and EU Countries to mediate and convince the Kuwaiti Ruler to forgive and release Marilou Ranario!!!
The Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, she, herself, will fly to Kuwait on December 10 to meet the Kuwaiti Ruler personally!!!
The Philippine President was also met the Ranario family...

Paano ako??? I was incarcerated here in Dammam Jail, Saudi Arabia since August 2000.. MAY NAGAWA NA BA ANG GOBYERNONG PILIPINAS PARA SA AKING KALAYAAN?? The President Arroyo's Appeal Letter to King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia is still unknown deliverer... Nakarating ba talaga ang sulat ni PGMA sa Hari?? Sino ang nag-deliver??? At bakit walang Rubber Stamp Seal ng Malacanang ang pirma ni PGMA?? Hanggang dito lang ba ito??? Hahantayin pa ba na maging so near to death ako bago kumilos ang Gobyernong Pilipinas??? Hoy gising!!!
Ang latest info ngayon na PRIORITY NG RIYADH EMBASSY ay ang 3 Filipino na chinop-chop ang kapwa Filipino...

Life is the most important and sacred human right. The human blood is impermissible and nobody dares shed it. He who endangers the life of one person is consided to be endangering all mankind...
I would just like to follow-up further any development the Government has done on my Sensitive and Delicate situation because up to now all i have seen and received from the D.F.A. and Embassy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia staffs IS ALWAYS A PROMISES WITHOUT ANY MANIFESTATION OF
IMPROVEMENT...
Being a poor O.F.W. whom helping our economy are desperate to get any help and whose life is at stake, I would like to make an appeal to anyone who is in position to follow-up and monitor the resolution of my Case. I cannot afford to be at ease with all the promises i have been receiving for that's all i have been getting from the people who keeps promising that help is on the way...
I always heared from our Embassy that im their priority, saying that all of them are looking forward for the resolution of my case. I'M SO TIRED OF HEARING THIS UNCEASING SENTENCE FROM THEM...
I also believe that we have to strike the iron while it's hot. Every
Muslim month of Ramadhan and Dhu Al-Hijjah which is called Hajj should have been the best time to negotiate with the Aggrieved Family BUT THEN AGAIN EVERYONE FROM THE D.F.A. and the EMBASSY HAS THEIR OWN EXCUSES...
If i could only get help and attention the same as much as Ms. Marilou Ranario, Sarah Balabagan, Sarah Dematera, etc, got a few years ago then i do believe that freedom is within my hands...
My regrets has'nt stopped ever since the incident happened for i do not have the right to take someone life but i have my own life that i should take care of that's why i am seeking all the help i can get from someone who has the time and heart so i could be able to start with my new lease of life with my family...
We cannot afford to loose a lot of time because it's too precious and
any time could suddenly change the complexion of my case if we will be negligent and careless...
Nevertheless i am optimistic that God will be on our side to protect us from any untoward incident that we are all hoping not to happen...
Moreover i pray for your success on your chosen field...
