I wish to add my 2 cents on Bill 447, the creation of Overseas Workers Bank: inclusion of overseas Filipinos, to include citizens/residents of foreign countries should be eligible also? 51% government subscription/control, utilizing workers funds (OWWA) should be amended to put time limits on government control with future privatization, controlled and managed by the overseas workers themselves. thank you
