Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada hands out a bag of relief goods to one of the fire victims staying in Rizal National High School in Iloilo City, Iloilo. A fire broke out last January 22 which affected three barangays – Brgys. Tanza Esperanza, Tanza Timawa and Malipayon – and displaced around 1,800 individuals.
