Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada was unanimously chosen by his colleagues to become President Pro Tempore of the 15th Congress of the Senate. Sen. Estrada assumed the same position during the 14th Congress (2007-2010). During the oath-taking ceremonies, Sen. Estrada was joined by his parents who were also former members of the Senate, former President Joseph Estrada and former Senator Dra. Luisa “Loi” Ejercito Estrada.
