Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada heads back to the Central Luzon region to revisit the province of Nueva Ecija. In his speech before the residents of Municipality of San Jose, Sen. Estrada cites his bill creating Philippine Goat and Sheep Center in Nueva Ecija, as inspired by the success of Philippine Carabao Center which is a brainchild of his father and PMP standard bearer former President Joseph Estrada.
