Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada declares his pro-poor legislative agenda during a rally in Tinambac Sports Complex, Camarines Sur. In his short address to the Bicolanos, Sen. Estrada says that he will focus on the concerns of the marginalized and the underprivileged, like the kasambahay, laborers and small farmers.
