Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada welcomes Rt Hon. Kenneth Clarke QC MP of the United Kingdom Conservative Party in Sofitel Philippine Plaza, Pasay City. Sen. Estrada also hosted a luncheon meeting for the British delegates, including Hon. Mark Pritchard and British Ambassador to the Philippines Stephen Lillie (not in photo).
